asking for a mistrial and change of venue to Los Angeles

I have asked that the bogus attorney fees be returned to my estate, that restitution be paid to me for the judges deliberate, abusive, unconstitutional, and illegal acts, and that my home in Los Angeles they stole from me be returned to me. "The State can not take your life, your liberty, or your property without due process." Asking further that the illegal sales of my property be reversed, that my clothes and furniture destroyed and gone be replaced to me, and I be put back in my home. From Judge Choy's orders, the illegal breaking and entering of my home in California. He illegally sold it while he had me illegally locked up, in a filthy 3rd world prison, while my ex pocketed 6.5 million in cash and transferred 1.2 million to his pals. To carefully look at Judge Radius's actions, of taking away a 2.4 million dollar fully negotiated marital settlement agreement, found to be signed and negotiated. Then begin to sell off a multi-million dollar real property without looking at a book or record. Breaking the 14th amendment of "due process."

Do the Governor, the U.S. Attorney, and FBI of Honolulu think the State Court belongs to "the Honolulu Boys Club", and hoodlums who feel they don't have to follow constitutional laws , or laws at all? Who can steal assets and launder them to their friends? This is America, not Nazi Germany... Perhaps President Obama needs to do some house cleaning in his home town. This last trial was just more of the same childish antics the judges do to protect their friends, so outrageous, the attorneys and judges think they can run a State Court any way they want. There are boys dying to defend our Constitution in Afghanistan, while these judges and attorneys continue to run the State Court of Honolulu any way they want, with no regard for the law.
